This version is called ‘Trance 1’–our designer (Bert Ernie, yes, that is his real name) says he was inducted into a tribe of wild persons in some jungle in Borneo and this digital artwork is the result.

Trance 1 Face Mask Design
Our designer treads that fine line between a being a genius and an idiot. The Trance 1 design is no different. The story he tells is that because he won an internet competition for best painting of a submarine, he was invited to Borneo to be inducted into the ‘Art Champions Club.’ When he got there, in the middle of a wild jungle, he was surrounded by men and women who all wore mirror-like holographic suits. At this point in the tale-telling, we are as baffled as you are. He continues.
“They made me do a dance. Lots of dancing. I danced for two hundred hours.”
“Really! Surely you must of…”
“No, I danced like a madman.” Bert quivers and shakes – then he bursts into tears.
We console the poor man and we with some gentle coaxing come to the realisation that Trance 1 is a digital painting of a traumatic experience where he failed to impress the world.
