How do I place an order
You’ve already taken the first step – you’re here on the site! Next, you browse around our main shop and find some wild/mild/tame clothes/things that you like. You can browse by category (i.e. Dresses, Leggings etc.), by color or by using the wild/mild/tame pages which are at the bottom of the navigation menu.
Once you’ve found something (or many somethings, we’re not gonna judge), click on the product, select your size and add it to your cart. From there, it’s just a matter of opening your cart and following the super easy checkout process.
I am having trouble placing an order – HELP!
Ok. Sometimes computers do funny things, so let’s try a few steps.
Check you’ve filled all the details out properly including your name, address and payment info.
Still not working? It might be the computer system. Be patient and remember, computers are prone to freakouts! There are a few things we can suggest to help troubleshoot!

Ensure your device operating system is up to date
Ensure your browser is running the most current version
Clear all cookies and browser history (mmm, cookies..)

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes you can expect to receive an order confirmation email from us once you’ve successfully ordered all your wild/mild/tame clothes/things.
Note that this email can take a little longer to come through on busy release days, so hang tight and keep refreshing! If it seems to be taking a while, make sure you check your junk/spam folders too.
Once you get your order confirmation email, be sure to triple check all the details carefully. If anything isn’t right, send us an email at theberternie@gmail.com so we can help you get it sorted.
How long is the order processing time?
All of our products are made by an a company called Printful. They are a very large, professional and ethical business.
They make all of our products by hand in Europe or the USA! No we are not kidding. In todays world of mass production it’s good to think that there are some things that are made ethically.
Because they are handmade the products we sell typically take anywhere from three to five days to make. Occasionally it does take longer and during the leadup to busy periods like Christmas, Mothers day etc. this can get as long as ten days. But this is quite rare in our experience.
From there the order is sent off to the shipping carrier.
Can I make changes to my order?
No. Once an order is in the system it goes through a process where all the specifications like size and design for print are set.
Can I cancel my order?
No. Once you place an order wild peach clothing pays Printful out of our bank account for the product within seconds. Then it goes through the manufacturing process. Please remember that these products are handmade, for whatever size, style that you have selected and that the manufacturing process then takes place automatically.

Shipping
My order hasn’t shipped yet, can I change the delivery address?
Yes! We can usually do this for you, as long as you get in touch with us ASAP! Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we can no longer update this info and we’d hate for your order to be shipped to the wrong place!

Can I upgrade my shipping to express?
Unfortunately no. All of our products are shipped with free shipping and this is a fairly reasonable and reliable shipping service. Our experience is that the significantly more expensive express shipping isn’t worth a slightly quicker arrival. A lot of the delays in international shipping are due to clearing customs.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed you will be sent a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your postal tracking number. Keep it in a safe place so you can stalk your goodies all the way to your front door!

Where do the products ship from?
Our partners are Printful and they make all of our products in either Latvia or Mexico. When an order is placed Printful determine the closest center to you and then they add your order to the queue. It usually takes between 3 and 5 days for your product to be made by hand.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been processed you will be sent a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your postal tracking number. Keep it in a safe place so you can stalk your goodies all the way to your front door!

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your order could arrive in 5 days or it could take a month. It depends on a few factors.
If Printful are in the process of making a lot of orders for the holiday periods or Black Friday and Cyber Monday then it could take longer.
Another factor is whether the product you ordered has to go through international shipping. The unavoidable problem of shipping through customs is the single biggest problem with shipping time in these cases. Sorry, but this is out of our hands.
You offer free shipping right?
Yes. Everything we sell is shipped for free, regardless of how much you spend or where you live.
Customs charges and taxes
Taxes are usually calculated at the checkout. Sorry but these are unavoidable.
In addition some countries will have customs charges. These customs fees aren’t actually coming from us at wild peach clothing – they’re set by your local government and are separate from the cost of shipping.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore we recommend checking in with your local Customs Office for further information prior to placing an order. We’d also recommend finding out what the threshold is for importing textiles into your country from overseas, as this also varies between countries.

Returns
What do I do if I am not satisfied with the quality?
We are very confident that you will receive a product that is of the highest quality. Our partners at Printful do an incredible job with manufacturing.
In the event that you find that anything is not up to standard then please email us with a description of what you don’t like and attach photos to show what has gone wrong.
We then ask Printful for a replacement, and they replace it if it is defective in manufacture. This is at no cost to you the customer. Unfortunately it will mean waiting again for it to be made and shipped.

How long have I got to ask for a refund?
30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
We will not offer a replacement or a refund if you have ordered the wrong color, size or just aren’t happy with the product in general.
Please understand that these products are manufactured on demand, so please take care when ordering the size that fits you.
Do you accept returns?
If the product has an issue with quality of manufacture then we don’t expect you to return it. Printful will replace it.
