Plum purple sits at the deep end of the color spectrum — rich, complex, and carrying the kind of quiet authority that only dark colors can pull off. It’s also, as it turns out, one of the most dramatic bases in the entire Playful Bounce lineup. Not that it needed the help.

Playful Bounce is an original digital artwork by Melbourne artist Bert Ernie — a vertical column of circles, rounded rectangles, and organic forms stacking and overlapping in translucent layers, with typographic elements scattered playfully throughout. The composition runs from waistband to ankle down the right side of the leggings, and the waistband itself carries a strip of the design on the right side only — a detail that makes these asymmetric designed leggings genuinely unlike anything else you’ll find. Look closely and you’ll find something new every time — a shape you hadn’t noticed, a color combination that shouldn’t work but absolutely does.

Against the plum purple base, the design crackles. The pinks and magentas glow warmly against the deep base. The greens and yellows cut through with vivid, jewel-like contrast. The blues dissolve into the base with seamless depth. Every deadlift, every spin class, every stretch session looks considerably more interesting when the leggings look like this.
